Nepa App Adds Over Ten Everyday Utilities to Its Mobile Platform
Nepa App has incorporated more than 10 utility tools into its latest version, including document scanning, speed testing, menstrual tracking, and financial calculators.
Nepa App has expanded its mobile platform by integrating more than 10 new digital utilities, according to reports by domestic outlets including Artha Dabali, Gorkhapatra, Annapurna Post, and DC Nepal.
The newly introduced suite aims to turn the application into a comprehensive digital hub for routine smartphone tasks. The added tools include a PDF document scanner, a QR code reader, an internet speed testing feature, and a menstrual cycle tracker equipped with reminder notifications.
Additional functionalities focus on mathematical and financial calculations. The update includes a standard calculator, a unit converter, an estimated income tax calculator, and an equated monthly instalment (EMI) loan calculator, according to the coverage in DC Nepal and Gorkhapatra. Users can also access location-sharing options alongside a note-taking tool that supports both text reminders and voice memos.
According to the platform's developers, cited across the reports, the expansion is intended to consolidate multiple everyday digital services into a single interface so users do not have to rely on separate applications. The developers noted that further tools would be incorporated in future rollouts based on user feedback.
Prior to this release, Nepa App functioned primarily as an information portal. Its existing lineup includes the Nepali patro and panchang calendar, horoscope details, local and district news feeds, trending topic aggregators, and livestreams of domestic FM radio stations.
