The National Inclusion Commission presented its annual report for the fiscal year 2082/83 to President Ramchandra Paudel on Monday during a formal ceremony at the Office of the President in Sheetal Niwas. Hari Dutta Joshi, the acting chairperson of the constitutional body, submitted the document directly to the head of state.

According to state-run daily The Rising Nepal, the submission was carried out in accordance with Article 294 of the Constitution of Nepal. The constitutional provision mandates that all independent commissions deliver an annual accounting of their activities, performance assessments, and administrative expenditures to the head of state each fiscal cycle.

Reporting by My Republica confirmed that the official handover took place at Sheetal Niwas with representatives from the presidential secretariat observing the proceedings.
