The Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN) has expanded its engagement ahead of the 13th Kriti Awards by staging 'Kriti Connect' in Kathmandu, welcoming non-member agencies for the first time alongside regular members. Previous briefings had been restricted to affiliated firms, but organizers shifted to the broader format under the theme 'Creativity Connect, where it all starts' to foster wider industry collaboration and elevate professional standards.
During the session, former AAN president Bhaskar Raj Rajkarnikar reflected on the founding mission of the awards, while first vice president Ujjwal Shakya detailed updated technical criteria for the 2083 edition. Bidhan Rajbhandari of Make Ways Pvt Ltd shared operational strategies for preparing competitive entries. Closing the event, AAN President Sudip Thapa emphasized that the open format aims to build unity and transparency across domestic marketing agencies.
Commercial arrangements for the competition have also been secured. Red Bull is serving as the title sponsor, supported by co-sponsors including Inmark India and Associates, GMW Ora, Coca-Cola, and Yeti International College, with Ncell and Prime Tiles joining as supporting partners.
